Have you ever seen a UFO? Do you believe it was an alien spacecraft, or was there some other explanation?

Yes I have seen a few over the last three years only. Lately (as i the past 3 months) I have not seen any action in the sky at all. Some may have been satellite flares but 4 three occasions I can recall off the top of my head are definitely unexplainable.

Yes. I was lased in flight at night with a white beam with the source being at a slightly higher altitude directly in front of us. When talking to Air Traffic Control they said nothing was on radar.
I figure it was a military stealth aircraft.

I have seen quite a few flying objects that I could not personally identify. However I have no reason to believe that they were anything but ordinary planes, helicopters or so forth which were simply too far away for me to see any identifying characteristics.

I've only seen the usual distant lights in the sky that could be planes, helos, chinese lanterns or anything. The only puzzling ones i saw were a couple of what i call "Fading star" types, the first was many years ago in Leicester when me and a couple of friends noticed a bright star in a clear sky at dusk which we assumed was Venus, but then it simply faded out in the space of about 5 seconds and vanished. Then I saw exactly the same thing last year in Plymouth, i was just glancing up at the star-filled night sky like you do, and saw a bright star almost overhead which faded out and vanished over about 5 seconds.

It's amazing that in a many billion year old universe consisting of countless clusters of galaxies that there are still people who actually think we haven't been visited by beings from other planets.

The light speed speed barrier makes travel between stars kind of problematic for any living being that perceives time on scales at all similar to ours.

Agreed. But what about those who don't? And what about the possibility of travelling vast distances without travelling as we know it? And what about the possibility that we already have beings from other planets here and have done for a long time? I just think that what mainstream science and history tells us is a sanitised version of the truth.

Hypothesizing a Judeo-Christo-Muslim world view humanity are the lord's chosen people and there is no need for another race. Also, assuming lightspeed is in fact a valid speed limit, 4000 years is not enough time for a meaningful interaction with another star that we currently believe could support life that we are capable of interacting with.
