Are you a good saver? Do you know how to get the most out of very little? Can you stretch your budget far? Are you good at obtaining things without necessarily having to spend money?

I'm quite thrifty with everything, not just money, and it's simply because I detest waste.
I love that I grow vegetables, I peel them and the skins go to the horses, cook them and the leftovers go to the dog (or at least they did, before my ex took her away) and nothing is wasted.
What about you, Ambrose?

I think I'm pretty good at spotting bargains and resisting temptations. I find it easy to focus only on spending on what I actually need and really want. Today a bought a jumper, second hand. I could have spent more but I didn't see the point. It's in perfect condition and I made a saving. But I find it hard to accumulate savings long term. Something in me always wants to chip away at it.

I'm the same - I don't like wasting money, but, I'm not great at saving it either.
I used to be really good at saving as a child. My mother used to compare me to a squirrel. I'd get money from relatives and hide it so that I wouldn't spend it and I'd forget where I had put it.
